Get Assessed

As a first step, Medicaid or your Health Plan professional will conduct an assessment to determine your eligibility for our program, known as PCS in Nevada. During this assessment, you will also learn about the number of weekly hours of care you can receive.

Choose a Caregiver

We empower you to select a caregiver who holds a special place in your heart. Whether it's your daughter, son, relative, or friend, you have the freedom to choose. Even if you don't have a designated caregiver. Our team of trained caregivers is ready to provide the support you need. Once you've made your decision, we will schedule an orientation call to finalize your enrollment.

You Get Care

They Get Paid: Our primary focus is ensuring that you receive care you can trust. Simultaneously, we prioritize the well-being of your chosen caregiver. Through our program, your family member, friend or your chosen caregiver will be paid for the care they provide. This creates a win-win situation for everyone involved, offering peace of mind and fostering a supportive environment.
